- CAREGD does not expose private disclosures to administrators.
- CAREGD does not create individual “good/bad” scores or student profiles.
- CAREGD does not replace counselors, social workers, crisis services or 988.
If someone is in crisis, call or text 988. CAREGD sits earlier — in the everyday environment, before crisis is the only available conversation.

- Is CAREGD a mental health program for schools?
- No. CAREGD™ is a Human Infrastructure™ company, not a mental health provider, counseling service or clinical program. CAREGD does not diagnose, screen or treat anyone. It helps school leaders understand aggregate human conditions across a community and respond earlier.
- Does CAREGD track individual students?
- No. CAREGD does not track, profile or score individual students or staff. Insight is aggregate. Private disclosures are not exposed to administrators.
- How is this different from a school climate survey?
- A survey is a one-time measurement. CAREGD builds a repeatable check-in behavior inside the school community, then translates aggregate participation into Human Insight Reports™ leaders can act on across the year.
- Who participates — students, staff or both?
- It depends on the model your district activates. CAREGD works across students, educators, families and school leaders, because the human environment includes all four.
- Does this replace counselors or crisis services?
- Never. CAREGD is not a replacement for counselors, social workers, crisis response or 988. It sits earlier — helping leaders see the human environment before it becomes a crisis conversation.
