    Lisa C. Williams built CAREGD around a belief shaped by a lifetime of watching people perform inside systems that rarely ask what they are carrying.

    A former UC Berkeley Division I basketball scholarship athlete, mother, daughter and community builder, Lisa has seen the same pattern across sports, families, workplaces and communities:

    The title. The uniform. The grade. The numbers. The result.

    They can tell us what someone did. They cannot always tell us how the person underneath it is doing.

    That insight became CAREGD™.
