Lisa C. Williams is the Founder & CEO of CAREGD™, a Human Infrastructure™ company helping organizations better understand and strengthen the people behind the work, grades, game and mission. She is also the Founder of America Checks In™. A former UC Berkeley Division I basketball scholarship athlete, mother, daughter and community builder, Williams built CAREGD around a belief that people should not have to fall apart before someone notices.
